Justin Cody
A Bagenalstown native, Justin Cody joined James Cody & Sons in 1999 and became principal of the firm in 2016. Justin is a grandson of the founding partner. He specialises in residential & commercial conveyancing, probate law, employment law and agricultural law, including renewable energy and wind farms. He is experienced in all areas of litigation including probate litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he qualified as a trainee in Dublin.

Anita Byrne
A native of Limerick, Anita graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Civil Law Degree from University College Cork in 1999.
She qualified as a Solicitor in 2003. Anita worked in Limerick and Kilkenny before joining James Cody & Sons in 2016.
Anita specialises in Probate Law and the Administration of Estates.
Qualifications:

- Diploma in Commercial Conveyancing.
Elizabeth Cass
Having trained in Dublin Elizabeth qualified as a Solicitor in 2009. She continued to work in busy city centre firms until she joined James Cody & Sons in 2015.
Her main areas are litigation to include personal injury claims and medical negligence, residential conveyancing, licensing and family law.
She holds a BA in Legal and Business Studies and a certificate in District Court advocacy.
